Hey I was wondering could you possibly make Toshiro Hitsugaya?

Why is the chest side ways when i use it?

Whenever I use the gas texture, regardless of how I enter the URL (I either open it in a new tab and copy the image URL manually, or I right-click the image and select "Copy image URL") the texture never shows up, it just shows the broken gas texture. I even went to the album with all the pictures and the alternate link didn't work. Is there something else I'm missing?
(BTW I only started having this issue since the RC Mod updated to 2/8/2015. The hair texure's also a bit goofy, but I know it's not the hairstyle because it's been working with hair: 1. It might be the same issue. All other textures are working fine.)
