You need to get permission from the creator of the original and give them credit before posting edited versions of their skins. This is very clearly an edit of Ignionix's Floyd Mayweather Jr. skin: viewtopic.php?f=69&t=5984

If you didn't get permission to edit and post this then it will be removed.

Just adding credits still doesn't cut it. You actually have to ask Ignionix if you can edit and re-post his skin.
