Can someone tell me why my aottg guy gets marco hair when i apply this hair to him?

have tried remaking it and reuploading it for 3 hours now!!!

Well, i have the right hair when i apply any other texture or don't apply any texture, but this one makes my hair style like marco. i can't understand it!
