The Shading could use a bit more work. And maybe a little big of enlargement on the Left Breast (Right in the picture)

The right arm (Closer torwards the hand) Looks a bit skinny to me. The armpit doesn't look right as well.

The hair looks a bit paperlike where it points upwards.

Of course, most of this is my opinion. Others may not agree with these points, but it's what I think.
