FIRST OF ALL. HOW ARE SOME PLAYERS SO ACCURATE AT HOOKING OTHERS. HOW DOES ONE ACHIEVE DOING WELL IN PVP.
I like pvp a lot but quite frankly Im not the best. So if anyone can give an explanation on how exactly to do so

I think that it has something to do with timing your hooks as well as aiming in the right spot. Same when you move around. You hook to stuff, if it connects, it connects. If not, then you missed. That's how I see it.

Asuming you're are talking about blades.Then they probably got lots of experience, they aim exactly at the right place because practice a lot.
