The only problem I've found with using ONLY blender is that the painting tools aren't good enuff
Nothin like a GIMP -> Blender Plugin won't fix tho c:

Thank you! I forgot I had changed my default settings a while back. I also made a quick followup video on how to obtain the 3ds models and setting them up! I hope it helps!

►Haha yeah I saw it 50 minutes after you uploaded it because I'm a creep.Image
I was looking at this one again and it recommended the second. ;)

►There's a gimp plugin?
Blender drawing tools are so hard to work with too, especially on Petra hair. /le sob

lmao I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do this. I got as far as the UV/Image editor step and everything just vanished leaving me with only an empty grid D:

I am going to...learn more about using blender before I try this again xD

Also, tab highlighted the model instead of giving me those fancy options; and when I load a model it is microscopic. haha. Clearly, having 0 knowledge of how to use blender and then trying this is not a good idea.

Ummm... what setup are you using in Blender so that it looks like that. Mine looks very different compared to that

I am uploading a followup/startup tutorial that will hopefully clear up all confusion! Thanks.
