Without the actual link to your eyes, there's no real way for us to tell you exactly what's wrong. However, I'm assuming from the screenshot that you mean the white texture around the eyes.
It seems that you didn't use Transparency in your eyes when you made it, (or whoever made it) and because of that, it'll show up with that around it. A skin that supports transparency, (eyes are the most common example) must be ended with the filetype of .png. A .jpg eye will do that exact thing, and ignore transparency. You should first check to see if it's a .png or .jpg.
IF it is a .png, and it still looks this way, that means whoever made the skin didn't use transparency for the outside of the eyes. You can cut around the eyes in a photo editor that supports Transparency, and fix it that way- or if you don't want to deal with that, you could ask another artist who would be kind enough to do it.
