I try to find avatars and none of them work

What is the use of avatar? Should every member need to put or post avatar? But to upload avatars I thinks its easy.

just edit the image in paint if you have windows. open paint, open the image, go to the resize thing, go to pixels, set the first slot to 125, press ok, press x, or exit it, then press save. then make sure that you have the file or picture name, go to the avatar page on the user index, then put the image and your done.
