They are 2000x2000 px with the original resolution written onto them. They include both the UV map (flipped) and the original skin (resized). I noticed the skin, 3DMG, and costume files didn't line up quite right (even after the flipping & resizing), so I also moved them to line up better. I did use them for making a skin, so they should be right because the skin came out fine.
I will add more (the rest of the) .psd files as I need them and, therefore, end up making them. - all files are (as of now, 4/15/2015) up to date (except the AHSS b/c I honestly don't give a shit about them).
Need to make your own files because your program doesn't support .psd files? Tutorial here . Alternatively, you can just watch the paint.NET video tutorial I made b/c that also tells you how to do this.

Here's a quick tutorial on making skirts for your costumes, with a template provided to make it easier. Keep in mind the skirt will be very short due to model limitations, but it doesn't look too bad in game.

To use it, make another layer above your texture when editing and paste the template on that layer. You can merge the layers after editing the template. Here's how it should look when editing:

That's basically all you need to do. I'll show some examples of some of my textures with skirts, and how they look in game. It should help you figure out how to edit them, especially if your skirt has a design on it.

PS: A lot of stuff doesn't line up 100% perfectly, especially around the thigh area...I'm not quite sure why because I colored it in nice on the uv map template things and when I looked at them in blender they were okay. I didn't really feel like fussing with it any more just to fix a few little things (re-uploading the same image with 1 tiny tweak 100 times just to get it right gets a bit tedious).
Yoo, and let me know if you can't download the .psd - I have never tried sharing a .psd via google drive, so I really have no idea if it works or not.

Just updating this to add the most recent reference I created for myself.
bwaaa I don't know about you but knowing witch rhombus goes where is a pretty useful thing. I just had to spend an extra 10+ min figuring it out for the skin I'm working on. haha. I kinda feel like I'm being annoying with these random colored reference things...

This is a very simple and obvious tutorial, but the basic idea is make either the right or left blade entirely transparent, while the other has the actual blade.

There is an obvious flaw, in which, the hand without the blade has an empty blade handle, making it look kinda awkward from the front.
