Points:
Points are determined by the the number of thanks and medals you have received. 10 Thanks = 1 point, and you can check all of your medals & how many points they are worth in your profile page.
You can receive thanks for posting a thread in any of the skin-sharing subforums, or in the tutorials subforum. Ideally, if you like a skin, you will press the "thanks" button located near the bottom right to show your appreciation.
Contests will be held both weekly and on special occasions, and you will receive a medal worth a certain number of points for placing 1st, 2nd, or 3rd. If you work as a group, each member will receive a medal. Medals will usually be worth 1 to 3 points for weekly competitions.
Ranks:
Newbie Artist: 3 points
Veteran Artist: 10 points
Senior Artist: 25 points
Designer: 50 points
Veteran Designer: 80 points
Senior Designer: 125 points |

After making a hat for one of my skins ( http://aotskins.com/viewtopic.php?f=53&t=2698 ) I figured I might as well provide templates for others so that they can do the same. It's not a perfect method of making hats, since the model limitations are still there, but it can make certain skins look a little more accurate. Please note that this tutorial was made with Paint.NET in mind, but can be tweaked to work with other editing software.
To use the templates in your skin you must paste them on a separate layer above the skin texture you are editing, then merge the layers at the end.
Here's a a gameplay screenshot of the templates placed over the basic skin:

As you can see, the hat uses the hair in it, so it means if your skin is intended to have hair, it must be drawn onto the skin texture. Here is a template for hair to be added to the skin texture, you will have to adjust it a bit to match the style you want:

For the hat part of the skin texture, the template must be placed on a layer above the hair part of the skin texture (which I provided above). Here is the hat part of the skin texture template:

When both templates are added to the skin texture it should look something like this:

For the hair, you must set the hair to hair 5 for males and hair 1 for females . This is the hair texture template:

Color and edit each template however you want. Here's an example of a finished version, please ignore the highlighted text in the image:

This was a request from Pendragon, I love doing Levi skins and he mentioned it to me that he'd put it as a request on the forums... and knowing me I lept on it before he could. Buahahaha! Anyhoo please enjoy!

Hey everyone it is I again this time i have added the thing everyone wanted which is the Garrison, Military Police and the 104 Trainees capes,as well as a special cape for the wall cults, the wall sina cape to use the capes just turn on cape to use the capes,still not taking request so don't ask me, if there are any questions or problems with the skins reply, if you like smack that thank button, Feedback is much appreciated, ENJOY!!!!!! :D :D :D
