There's no link, just copy the image itself (right click it, and click copy)
you see, some artists prefer to put the link by itself, however, personally I don't use it much because you can already copy the image by right clicking it.

Secondly, yes, you can, just right click the cape, copy it, then paste it on a new window, then right click again, and normally you should be able to save it (•ω•) |
